The Apartment is an oasis of comfort and practicality. This first-floor flat offers ample space to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The kitchen is fully equipped with accessories, dishes and appliances such as an oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. It will be a pleasure to prepare your favourite meals in this well-equipped kitchen.

The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, two with two bathrooms. The rooms are comfortably furnished and offer a rejuvenating rest after a day of exploring or working.

The flat is non-smoking and has Wi-Fi and heating included in the rate, ensuring a worry-free stay.
Please note: to access the property you need to climb a flight of stairs.

The washing machine is located outside the structure but still on the property and there is a parking space in the garage where the owners' cars are also parked.

All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian laws, each guest's personal ID will be required before check-in. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email along with their booking confirmation. In this structure, it is mandatory to separate waste. Money laundering laws are strict in Italy.

The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contracts and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
