The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. There is a sofabed available in the living room if needed.
In the first bedroom, you will find a queen bed.
The second bedroom contains a double bed.

There is 1 large bathroom.
The bathroom has a toilet and 2 sinks and a walk-in shower, and a bathtub with shower wand.

Linens and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Smoking is not allowed. There is free parking in secure underground garage. 

 House Rules:

- Maximum occupancy for the apartment is 4 adults and 2 children.
-Arrival time is 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. and departure time is 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. 
- Late check-out and early check-in is possible by prior arrangement for a fee of 50 EUR.


The pet policy does not apply to bookings made before 1 June 2024. For all bookings made before 1 June 2024, the pet policy applies. 

For new bookings after 1 June 2024, accommodation with pets is available for an additional fee depending on the size and number of pets. More information upon request.
