The villa is situated close to the port of Kea (3.5 km) and very close to one of the most famous beaches of the island.The outdoor of the property consists of a swimming pool with a fully equipped BBQ area and wood-fired oven as well as a shaded sitting area.The upper level consists of the kitchen, living room with a fireplace, a dining area, WC and a large balcony with great view towards the sea and the sunset.The lower level consists of two double bedrooms with their own bathroom, two double bedrooms that share one bathroom. Every room has its own A/C and a balcony.
