This is a centrally located top floor of a mid 19th century Victorian house for longer term let's only

The apartment can be configured either as 3 bedrooms with an office/snug or 4 bedrooms depending on requirements.

Extremely spacious 1,600 sq ft apartment just outside the centre of Derby. The apartment has wonderful spaces for a family or for professionals with 3 or 4 bedrooms depending on the setup. Satellite TV in most rooms and everything you could need. Please look at the photos to see for yourself or email me with any questions.
