Appliances consist of an electric oven, induction hob, Rayburn, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and for entertainment, two Smart TVs, a selection of games and a foosball table. Outside there is an extensive garden with lawn, patio, furniture, pond, access to heated outdoor kennels, and access to 30-acres of land, and a private driveway. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1.6 miles and a pub in 2 miles. Enjoy rural Gloucestershire at Manor Farm. Note: Steps throughout the ground floor and to the rear. Note: Please supervise children and pets near the pond.

This owner would like anyone with mobility issues to remember this property holds all the characteristics of an old property.... floors on diffrent levers / low ceilings in places etc.
