The space
There are extensive grounds with a choice of terraces and a newly built private pool and bar to enjoy from June 1st 2023.
There are three bedrooms, all with ensuite shower rooms.
Room 1 has a double bed and can have an additional single bed or cot added if required
Room 2 has a king size bed
Room 3 has full sized bunk beds and an additional single bed.
The open plan kitchen/lounge has hob, oven, full size fridge and dishwasher. There is a breakfast table that seats 6. There are two sofas and a beautiful open fireplace in the lounge area.
There is air conditioning/heating in all three bedrooms as well as in the living areas.
There is free WIFI available for guests.
Guest access
The entire villa and grounds are available for guests to enjoy. They are private and for sole use of the guests.
Other things to note
The swimming pool is 10mx4m with a depth 1.4m with stunning views. Other features include an extensive patio, bar and outside bathroom. Beyond the pool there an acre of land with a wide variety of plants and trees and a fire pit area.
