Unforgettable holidays with sea view near the beach

This holiday apartment was renovated and is on the first floor of the house. It is quietly situated outside of Carvoeiro, right by the coast, affording a unique view of the sea. It is just a few minutes’ walk to the fine sandy beach at Vale Centianes. Shops and restaurants are also within easy walking distance.
The 80m² apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed (140 x 190cm) and two single beds (90 x 190cm). The living room with modern furnishing provides a sitting area with a sofa and satellite TV, as well as a dining space for four people. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, kettle and coffee machine. The apartment has two bathrooms with a shower or bath and toilets.
The apartment has its own furnished terrace with a sea view.
The apartment has an air conditioning in every room. Available at a charge. It can You can use the Internet connection free of charge.
It is only about a three-minute walk to the small but lovely sandy beach at Vale Centianes. An elongated stone stairway leads down to the beach, which also has services. Within 100 metres you can find restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries.
Transfer can be ordered only from/to Faro airport.

The services and the house are as described in the announcement. The view and the position are excellent. The only problem we had was due to very noisy garbradge collecting early in the morning.

Great location, quiet and well kept
We have just come backk from a full week in this appartment and we have found our stay very enjoyable, Julia and her husband are welcoming and all was what we expected. walking distance to the beach, not too close to the downtown noise, but within 3 minutes of car ride. Appartment is very clean and well maintained. master bedroom bed is a bit small for a tall person, but I recommend to anyone.

Magnifique séjour
Nous avons été chaleureusement reçu par notre hôtesse . De précieuses informations sur la région (restaurants, commerces d'alimentation ) nous ont été données. Magnifique résidence où nous avons trouvé calme et confort . L'appartement est spacieux et lumineux avec très belles terrasses . Un appartement particulièrement soigné très bien équipé où l'on se sent très vite chez soi. Les golfeurs seront au cœur de leur passion . Nous sommes rentrés enthousiasmés et souhaitons pouvoir y retourner un jour.

great vacation
Stayed here with my wife and 2 small children in May 2011. This is a beautiful apartment, ideal for any type of guest, but having young children we found it particularly suited to our needs. The apartment is very spacious and very well laid out. The pics on the webpage actually don't do it justice. There's a beautiful beach about a 2-3 minute walk away, and a fantastic pool in villa. A hire car is advised as Carvoeiro is about 2.5kms away but there are plenty of local restaurants in close proximity to the resort. Highly recommend it, and we plan on coming back.

Just Perfect
Have just returned from this lovely apartment after spending a very pleasent week. Everything was clean and welcoming. Very well equipped. Two excellent sized bedrooms, large living/dinning room and kitchen with washing machine and good sized fridge/freezer. The balcony was large enough to sit out and enjoy meals on the table and chairs provided and was sunny for most of the day. The grounds were beautiful, well kept and pooled kept clean. Booking was easy and all went well. There are some beautiful beaches only 3 minute drive. Highly recommend and hope to return as soon as possible.

Great location, fab apartment, lovely beach
What a fantastic holiday! This apartment was clean, sheek, modern and was situated in a great location central to the beach, shops and nightlife. The balcony has views of the ocean. It makes a pleasent area to relax by. This is a peaceful location, nice and quiet at night yet close enough to nice bars and resturants. We also enjoyed the 2 weeks we spent at the apartment as the modern kitchen was well equipt for us to self cater. It felt nice and homely and even had a DVD player to watch a film. Overall I thought the apartment and facilities were excellent. I would definatly reccomend staying here and I am planning tonreturn next year. Herbert Richter

Apartamento acolhedor para férias familiares
O apartamento encontra-se bem localizado para quem quer passar umas férias com a família, nomeadamente em termos de acessos rápidos e curtos a várias praias; o facto de existir a poucos metros a possibilidade de utilizar a piscina sem custo adicional, limpa e com água salgada. A zona muito calma e bem cuidada. O imóvel apresentava bons níveis de limpeza e manutenção, bem equipado com linhas modernas e alegres, além de ser bastante espaçoso. No nosso entender, o imóvel não frustrou as expectativas criadas pela descrição do proprietário, prestando um bom serviço ao cliente. Nós não só recomendariamos este imóvel a um amigo como o arrendaremos novamente se voltarmos a passar férias nessa zona. As actividades a salientar na zona, foram a piscina que encantou a criança que nos acompanhou e os espaços verdes bem cuidados para os passeios matinais bem como nocturnos. A. Sousa

Lovely Apartment, Great Location
we couldnt have asked for a better place to stay, the whole experience was effortless relaxation, which is what you want when you on holiday! the apartment is top notch, and includes everything you need to make it feel like a home from home. the cleaning and handover team are very helpful, and the owners are really lovely. there simply was nothing negative at all! the surrounding bars, beaches, old town etc are just where the owners said they are, we would recommend a day in the old town, and go there on the tourist train, its great for the kids! we can't wait to go back!
