It has 2 bedrooms with capacity for 6 people and 1 full bathroom. Free parking space in the same building. It has an elevator, terrace, work area and fiber optic internet access with 1GB speed Wi-Fi. Air conditioning with heat pump. Community and children's pool, currently closed for works. In the living room it has Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with: Nesspreso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery, glassware, wine glasses, kitchen utensils, tea towel and cleaning utensils. Other appliances: hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Wardrobes with hangers. Clothesline and clothespins.Check in and check out is autonomous.Check in from 16:00 and check out at 11:00

General Rules:
To check in we will need you to provide us with the identification documents of all the guests on the reservation. Later, access to the home will be facilitated.Once you enter the apartment, you will find a set of keys next to the garage remote control.Loss of garage control has a charge of 80 eur. Loss of keys charge of 80 eur. When checking out, you must leave both the keys and the garage remote control where you found it upon arrival.The parking space has a clamp on the ground to prevent parking by people outside the reservation. In order to park you will have to remove the padlock from the parking space lock, which will allow you to knock it down to access with your vehicle. Once the parking lock has been unlocked to park, never leave the padlock on, always bring it up to the apartment. Upon departure (check out) you must re-lock the parking space with the trap and padlock. Afterwards, leave all the keys and the garage remote control in the apartment.According to local regulations, all guests on the reservation must register prior to check-in.Persons other than the reservation are not allowed to enter the apartment after checking in.Appliances outside the apartment such as stoves, hot air heaters, fans are not permitted.Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it upon arrival, clean and tidy.Keep the air conditioning with windows closed and turned off when you leave the house.Appliances outside the apartment such as stoves, hot air heaters, cold air appliances or other appliances are not permitted.

2. **Earthquake**: - If you feel a tremor, seek shelter under a table or sturdy object. - Stay away from windows and objects that may fall. - Wait for the shaking to stop before evacuating.

3. **Flooding**: - If flooding occurs, seek higher ground. - Do not attempt to cross running water.
