An excellent new house with spaces to feel comfortable near the beaches of Clearwater Beach with shops nearby, restaurants, parks, a mall for skating, and also close to Saint Petersburg. We also have a security camera in front for the exterior on the left side of the house. corner of the house, so our guests and their vehicles will be protected

Super Clean New House
The outside of the looks good but the inside of the house is spectacular. The owner of the house is a builder so the house is very well done and decorated and his family lives in the house in the back of the property. Always there on a call or text.

Very clean. There wasn’t a TV in the living room which made things difficult. And we ubered home one night, walked right into the house and got a noise complaint, which I didn’t appreciate. Overall a nice stay

Misleading Listing
We’re writing this review to shed light on some of the very important aspects of this property that are not disclosed in the listing, and we really wish we knew before booking for our wedding trip. First the listing does not disclose that this is a DUPLEX and the host and his family live in the back half of this home. As a guest, you will not have access to any yard space. If you are vacationing in FL and expect to have space to enjoy the sunshine, you will not find that in this property. The host told us we had access to the side yard during check in, but we were unsure what the side yard was, we tried to see if it was behind the fence and sectioned off from the back yard, and was immediately called and yelled at by the host for not being in the right area. It turns out the yard that is available for guest use is a small area behind the hosts’ dump truck and trailer. The host has undisclosed cameras all around the property as well as blue tooth speakers in the bathrooms that connected to his phone multiple times during our stay, making us feel very uneasy. The host scolded us multiple times for rules we didn’t know existed and one time pounded on the door at night for making noise- at that time there was one adult and one child in the house. We tried to be upfront about our trip, having a few friends that would be staying at the house, and it’s unfortunate that the host was not honest about the house, if we knew it was this strict we would have rented a different place.

Beautiful house and excellent host. He went over and above.
Stayed for four weeks at this newly renovated beautiful house. Javier, our host was wonderful. Always available if needed and went over and above. he even presented us with flowers and chocolates on Valentine’s Day. A great gesture.

Very nice location
We were there in family (2 adult and 2 teens) for 11 night (our first time for over 7 nights in the same location). It was our fist trip in the area and we like it very much. A lot to see and visit: Clearwater Beach, Sand Key Beach (parking much cheaper that in Clearwater Beach and you can left and return), Marin Aquarium, Largo Central Park, Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo, Moccasin Lake Nature Park, etc. The property was very clean at our arrival and we love all the decorations from the leaving room and kitchen's area. We appreciated all the provided products for the bathrooms (toothbrush, pads for women, flosser picks, cotton pads, etc...but what we like the most was that all the skincare was without paraben!) After one week, at our demand, we receive proper towels and sheets for free. Our lesson after this experience: never take more that 7 night in the same place because we should pay for a floor cleaning after one week, but sorry, we were there in vacation, not to sweep the floor... General impression: we love it and I would return or refer Javier and his property!
