Disappointing

Incorrect keysafe given and had to phone . Greeted by dirty bucket water and mop in entrance. Loo rolls on staircase with dishcloth. Delayed access to property due to cleaners !!! The room we chose didn’t have clean bed linen on it and loo brushes absolutely caked with faces. Dishwasher had previous occupants dishes in. Bad smell from back bedroom and bathroom and not one wardrobe to be found. Brocken dining room chairs. Socks from previous occupants left in loungeThe finish of installations was poor……….but it was a shame because it’s a property with amazing potential. We paid £90 for cleaning!!
