The property is on a ground floor and there are 2 separate bedrooms, 1 single sofa bed, 1 double sofa bed and 1 double bed in an open space. The property is divided in two floors and the other one is actually a basement which stair has 18 steps.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in Las Ventas, a neighborhood with lots of history on it. It's quite nice since here you will see Madrid as it is for locals way more than just for tourists.

Getting Around:
You will be able to visit the famous Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas, eat very well and walk around to meet the huge food and drinking offer Madrid has to offer.

The metro El Carmen is really close to the property.

From the Airport to the apartment, the easiest way is to take the metro L8 (pink line) and get off at Nuevos Ministerios. Once there, you will need to switch to L6 (gray line) direction to Diego de León. Then you have to take the bus 28 until Avenida Donostiarra and walk 2 minutes to get to the property.
