**PLEASE NOTE** - The bedrooms in this property are set on different floors. The place is not suitable for families with young children under 12 years of age.

THIRD PULLOUT BED - Please give us as much advance notice as possible if you need us to prepare the pullout bed in the office.

UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.

EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.

LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.

LONGER STAYS: For bookings of 14 days or more a complimentary weekly clean and linen change will be arranged for you. We have found that offering this service helps to avoid any extra cleaning fees at the end of the stay.

BABY COT - A baby travel cot (also known as a 'pack and play') and high chair are available upon request (for a surcharge), but we must have at least 3 days notice.

LATE CHECK-IN - For check-ins after 8PM we will charge a £55 late check-in fee.

HOUSEKEEPING - A housekeeper will come to visit every Friday as an in-house complimentary service. As well as general cleaning, the housekeeper can also do laundry and ironing if needed.
