The villa is fully equipped and located in a quiet 5000 sq meters shady park with a 12.50 meters length swimming pool. A large terrace with BBQ overlooks the swimming pool.

Nice house

Nice house, good neighbourhood, not all the lights work because its an older house but the pool makes up for it. More then enough space and good showers. The barbecue was not good, maybe the owner can invest a bit here. Overall a great place to spend the vacation

Villa mit Charme und viel Platz

Wir haben mit 2 Familien eine sehr entspannte Woche in diesem wunderschön gelegenen Ferienhaus zwischen Le Rouret und Roquefort-les-Pins verbracht. Durch die vielen Schlafzimmer und Bäder und den sehr geräumigen Wohnbereich hatten alle genügend Raum für gemeinsame Aktivitäten, aber auch um sich bei Bedarf zurückzuziehen. Ein absolutes Highlight war der riesige, blitzsaubere Pool mit Außendusche und der sehr gepflegte, weitläufige Garten, in dem jeder sein Lieblingsplätzchen finden konnte, wenn gerade keine Ausflüge an die Küste oder ins malerische Hinterland auf dem Programm standen. Im Außenbereich sind außerdem zwei große Tische vorhanden, an denen auch eine größere Gruppe problemlos Platz findet. Besonders gut hat uns der Essplatz unter der Pergola mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge gefallen. Auch die Küche ist groß und geräumig, so dass man auch mit mehreren Leuten zusammen kochen kann. Einzig die Küchenutensilien sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hier wäre vielleicht ein Update angebracht. Die Kommunikation mit Anita war super und auch der Check-in mit Marie hat sehr gut geklappt. Alle unsere Fragen wurden immer sofort und umfassend beantwortet. Fazit: Wir haben uns in Anitas Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Ein sehr schönes Objekt. Bedauerlicherweise fehlt eine "normale" Kaffeemaschine, ebenfalls ist das Besteck in einer schlechten Qualität, das entspricht nicht dem gewohnten Niveau. Da empfehle ich den Vermietern, nachzubessern, ansonsten bringen Sie ihr eigenes lieber mit. Wir können uns vorstellen, das Objekt wieder zu buchen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und toll und durchdacht konstruiert.

Rural and Rustic

Lovely quiet neighborhood within easy reach of local amenities. Pool was simply too cold-needs to be heated particularly as we were staying at the hottest time of the year. A pack of basic provisions would useful as we had to buy toilet roll etc. Hot water is on between 10.00pm and 6.00am which means there’s no hot water in the evenings. The Villa is huge and well appointed. The verandah to the rear of the kitchen is a perfect spot for breakfast and dinner with a beautiful vista of the hills. The tv didn’t appear to have the 100 or so international channels we were advised it had. We really enjoyed the Villa and the service from Anita and Marie was very good.

Urlaub im Hinterland der Cote Azur

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Rouret sehr genossen. Das Haus ist für zwei Familien sehr gut geeignet, da es sehr weitläufig ist. Im unteren Bereich sind zwei Doppelzimmer mit Bad und oben drei weitere. Der Patio nähe der Küche eignet sich für das Frühstück. Die Küche ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein neuer Kühlschrank mit Eiszubereiter, sowie ein Pizzaofen unsw. Die Nähe nach Varbonne und Nizza, Cannes ist ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Amazing villa

We joined the Goodyears for 2 weeks at this marvellous traditional villa. What a lovely experience, large spacious villa over 3 floors. Extremely well equipped kitchen with every imaginable gadget. Beautiful views over mountains and countryside and yet real privacy around villa and pool with well attended large garden. Great location just short drive to local restaurants and supermarkets. Did I forget to mention very comfortable beds. Really hope we can return soon .

Wonderful Villa - Can't wait to return!

We joined my in-laws at this villa to stay with them for their last week of three. They couldn't wait to show us around this vast and absolutely stunning villa. Looking around we understood their excitement and could not find fault with anything! It truly is spectacular. The villa is so spacious that our large family never felt on top of each other, there was so much room. It was well equipped too with a very homely, cosy feeling. The pool is deep but the gated garden means children are kept safe. The basement rooms lead out directly to the pool area, which is perfect for that early morning swim. The 2 floors above give lovely views and there is a fantastic terrace and BBQ where we had many a fun evening. It was wise to have a car, the local amenities are great and there are some truly wonderful restaurants nearby too. Nearby Valbonne Friday Market is worth a visit. We had a wonderful holiday and this villa made it very special. We can't wait to return.

Superb five bedroom villa

My family and I have just returned from a three week holiday at this fabulous five bedroom five bathroom villa.The villa is well positioned in it's own grounds with olive grove,wooded area and plenty of space for the children to play.There is a huge swimming pool which is gated so small children cannot gain access without supervision. The villa is set on three floors and is extremely large and spacious,very comfortably furnished and boasts a beautiful well equipped rustic kitchen. Nearby there are lots of lovely restaurants including one with a Michelin star.Also very near to Nice where there are lots of activities and places to visit. The villa has a Bar Be Cue on the terrace which over looks the pool I must say these were our favourite nights just chilling out with wonderful fresh food bought locally and of course wine !!!! Marc the owner was always on call for any problems, which I am pleased to say there were none. My family and I cannot wait to return.
