Magnificent apartment that will allow you to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Venice, a fourth floor with an unforgettable view of the Grand Canal at the height of the Church of the Scalzi. The apartment, equipped with a lift, consists of a spacious living room with a lounge and kitchen and a terrace with a panoramic view of the Grand Canal. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a room with two beds, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower) and another lounge with a sofa bed that leads to the wonderful Altana (roof terrace). Upon request, two additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 6 people. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our staff. Check-in time: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur an additional cost of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). Check-in after 11:00 PM can only be arranged upon request, with adequate notice.
