Bright apartment located in the historic center of Venice near Fondamente Nuove. The apartment is spread over two floors: on the ground floor, there is a dining room, a small kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom with toilet and sink. On the first floor, there are two double rooms, two bathrooms with shower, and a lounge. Refined furnishings with period furniture, Murano glass chandeliers, and exposed beams. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 6 people. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our staff. Check-in time: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur an additional cost of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). Check-in after 11:00 PM can only be arranged upon request, with adequate notice.
