Primrose Cottage consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with TV, as well as a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV, a double and a twin with 3’ singles, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear communal garden with patio, lawn, furniture and barbecue, as well as allocated parking for one car. Within 1.2 miles you will find a shop, within 1 mile, a pub and within 1.3 miles, a beach and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Primrose cottage is a lovely getaway for a family or group of friends in Cornwall.
