4 Rooms + Private pool ALL under 6 miles to strip!!

LICENSE G66 00347 About 4 miles to downtown Vegas the Fremont Experience and less than 6 to the STRIP!!! You can actually see the stratosphere from my backyard! Modern comfortable home w/plenty of room for 8 Adults! Backyard oasis with a pool, barbecue grill, lots of yard games & comfy loungers to catch some sun. Incredible game room with Pool table/ping pong table, darts, full size black jack table, karaoke machine and lots of games for the entire family (Yes this does include some adult drinking games).

Guest interaction:
While I live close and can come by should you need anything I have set up the house so that you should have everything you need and can come and go as you please. I'm always a text or phone call away though should you need anything.

Neighborhood overview:
The neighborhood is nice, quiet and quaint. It's right across from a nice public golf course.

Getting around:
There is public transportation close and the house is only 4 miles from the strip. I do recommend using Uber or Lyft to get where you want to go!

Bachelor Party Homebase

Went with a group of 6 guys and it was the perfect spot to hang at while we visited Vegas! Host was super communicative and friendly! Tons of space and fun at the place when we needed a break from the strip!

Large family vacay

We had a group of 10 adults and this property fit all of us very well with plenty of sleeping space and seating areas. The game room and pool provided entertainment while we were at the house. The location was close to the strip and easy to Uber to and from activities. There were a lot of homeless camps in the park down the street but we did not have any issues. Our main problem was that the refrigerator broke the day we were to arrive. The property owner let us know right away and told us that a new fridge would be delivered that evening. Unfortunately that fridge was broken as well and it took another day to get a third fridge delivered and then overnight to get cold. We arrived to the property Sunday afternoon and checked out Thursday morning and had to use a cooler the entire time, which is difficult when you have 10 people. It was an unfortunate situation that I feel the property owner tried to remedy, however, it really added extra stress to the vacation 😕

Perfect Party House

This house was perfect for my bachelorette party with 8 people! The decor, games, pool and sleeping arrangements were all great. The host was also super responsive and flexible with our travel schedule. Definitely recommend staying here for more personal space while still having easy access to the strip!!

Vegas Friends Weekend

I stayed at the house with a group of friends and the property was perfect for our group. The house had plenty of places to sleep and the outdoor space was nice to hang out during the day. The property was also a short uber from Fremont St and convenient for our golf in Summerlin. We had a great experience!

Nice Stay

We had a group of roughly 10 people and this place worked well for us. It’s close enough to the strip but not on it which is nice. Everything was clean and the arcade room was fun to use during some down time. The only minor issue we had was that one of the bathrooms is in the master bedroom and doesn’t have a door between the bedroom and bathroom so it’s kind of awkward and it ended up being that 8 of us were sharing one bathroom and 1 couple got their own bathroom.

Fantastic Stay!

Friends from Missouri, Texas, and Idaho all met up together for my Bachelorette party! It was a complete blast. The hosts were amazing. The house was perfect. And it was the perfect amount of space for our large group! Seriously, 10/10. Thank you for having us!

Very happy with it!

We overall had a very pleasant time at Rachel’s property! The only disappointment was no pool table, but there was still plenty of things to do at the house. The drive to the strip is also quick and easy. Would stay here again!
