Comfortable and modern apartment in a building in Via Mascarella 9, a street full of restaurants and pubs in the heart of the university area of the city.
At the entrance to the apartment we find the living area, furnished with a double sofa bed and a dining table. On the left is a small hallway that leads to the kitchen equipped with an oven, kettle and dishwasher, and to a space with a queen-size bed, located on a mezzanine reached by a short flight of stairs to the right of the hallway.
Also in the living room is then a hallway with further access via steps to the lofted queen-size bed, to the bathroom with shower, and finally, to a bedroom with two single beds.
Heating and a washing machine will be available in the accommodation.
The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.

Bologna, known as the "Dotta" being the home of the oldest University in the West, the "Grassa" for its food and wine excellence and the "Rossa" color that characterizes the historic center, is a wonderful city of art, culture and commerce. Its soul lies in the medieval historic center that is among the largest in Europe and full of taverns, stores and theaters, characterized by nearly 40 km of arcades. In the historic center is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings blends perfectly with modernity. Don't miss Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, that of the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the many museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, and ragù alla Bolognese accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city that can surprise all year round.
