Mulberry Cottage has four bedrooms including a king-size with Jack-and-Jill access to the bathroom, two king-size and a twin, along with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, a shower room, a cloakroom, a kitchen/diner, a utility, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, and a snug. Appliances include a gas range with oven and 6-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV. Outside there is unallocated roadside parking for one car and an enclosed garden with lawn, picnic bench, barbecue, and pond. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop and within 0.3 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Make memories at Mulberry Cottage.
