Perfect for families or small groups, it has parking with electric car charging. It has a well-equipped kitchen for self catering and is being walking distance of the town centre shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is on the ground floor and accessed by its own entrance. There is a key safe for guests to access whenever they arrive. The living area is open plan with lounge and dining area, large corner sofa, leather armchair, Smart TV, large window and patio door with great views. In this space there is a dining table and seating for 5 guests. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer washer/dryer and kitchenware.

Beautiful apartment

This is a new spacious apartment., located 15 mins walk to centre of Aviemore. It’s got 3 bedrooms and a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area which was great as we had friends over for dinner one night. We stayed 3 nights in total. We had to contact the management Co as no hairdryer which they rectified with a brand new one as soon as the shops opened. My only gripe is the kitchen could be a bit better equipped .. only 3 glasses, ( 5 wine glasses but only 3 others) and cooking utensils were a bit sparce and no bigger bowls or anything for Mixing or serving food. Overall a beautiful apartment, very tastefully decorated and in a good location.
