We stayed for a weekend for my sister's hen do and had the best time! The house was perfect for our stay as it had a big kitchen seating area, a comfy lounge and plenty of outdoor seating, as well as the awesome hot tub! When we checked in, we were greeted by Krystena and her 2 dogs, who gave us the warmest welcome. She showed us round and let us know she was around to help if we needed anything. We were gifted a lovely fresh loaf of bread and some local apple juice which was delicious. We loved how quiet and peaceful the location was, but with a shirt 5 minute walk through the field in front, we were in the town. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel so welcome to be visiting. Even the resident farm cat Panther was a special guest during our stay, very friendly, and was the 8th member of the hen do for the weekend. I want to thank Krystena for such a wonderful stay and for being such a fantastic host. Would highly recommend this property.
We had a big family get-together here, converging from all directions and with all ages from little grandkids to grandparents. This house was perfect with the big kitchen fully stocked with all the equipment we could need, and the bid dining table with room for all. The thing we loved the most was the hot tub - great entertainment for the whole family with views down the slope to the stream and trees and ducks down below. I would recommend and would not hesitate to book again. Krystena was very helpful and responsive, and we had a lovely welcome surprise when we arrived! The only recommendation I would give is for the arrival instructions to include the name of the place that is on the gate. Her directions and instructions and the Google pin were entirely correct, but it was a rainy dark night when we were arriving, and we just weren't sure when we saw that name on the gate - not her fault!
