Just renovated bright and cozy apartment is perfect for couples and small families. It is fully equipped for a long-term stay, features brand new furniture, decoration and appliances. There is a balcony with a view to the sea. Ideally located 2 minutes walk to the beach in the lively Barceloneta which is part of Ciutat Vella (old Town), the historical centre of Barcelona. We do our best to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The apartment is always cleaned before your arrival, and everything is fixed and prepared for your stay. Nevertheless, we do not provide typical hotel services such as breakfast, room service, pick up at the airport service etc. Also please do not expect basic supplies such as coffee, sugar, salt and oil and to be provided. However, you will find a couple of rolls of toilet paper, all cutlery and crockery, a coffee maker, a microwave, bed linen and towels.
