Casa Milla 1 in Tuscany with swimming pool, wi-fi, parking: green countryside near the sea

Holiday home obtained from the renovation of an old farmhouse.
The house is equipped with the greatest comforts for a peaceful stay. In addition, in the common area it is possible to use the swimming pool (open from 1st May to 30th September), a large garden and grill.
We have refined apartments built inside the farmhouse. The garden, completely fenced, is all surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees.
Casa Milla is directly managed by its owner, Luciano (former bank manager well known in the area)

The house has 4 independent and completely autonomous apartments. The announcement refers to a two-room apartment on the ground floor (4 beds) with double bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, dining room with kitchenette and 2-seater sofa bed, it is possible to add an additional single bed or we can equip the baby bed-cot apartment.Veranda with pergola, equipped for meals and relaxation.
The apartments have a private veranda area, located in the garden in front of the swimming pool and equipped for outdoor dining.

All rooms are very welcoming, finely furnished in a rustic style and have satellite TV. They are also equipped with independent heating and a safe.
The whole structure is free wi-fi. Animals are not allowed.

The prices indicated in the section dedicated to the rates refer to the stay in the TWO-ROOM APARTMENTS, for prices relating to the THREE-ROOM APARTMENT and the VILLAS please send a request to the owner who will reply in a very short time

Die Ferienwohnung war leider etwas spartanisch eingerichtet und war mehr eine Einliegerwohnung im Untergeschoß. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, konnten viel unternehmen und mussten uns nicht groß in der Wohnung aufhalten.

wir waren als Familie 2 Wochen in der Casa Milla, und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen! Der Inhaber Luciano wohnt selbst mit auf dem Gelände und ist immer erreichbar und super freundlich und hilfsbereit - besser geht es nicht! Das einzige was uns gestört hat, ist dass man aufgrund der SR206 nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann… aber bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man gar nichts von der Straße, da es Spezial-Fenster sind!

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. L'appartamento spazioso e comodo. Il signor Luciano è molto gentile e disponibile mette subito a proprio agio gli ospiti inoltre ci ha fornito indicazioni molto utili su spiagge e luoghi di interesse che sono facilmente raggiungibili da casa Milla

L'Ospitalità di Luciano è eccezionale e a Casa Milla non manca proprio niente. Vacanza Bellissima! I miei figli si sono divertiti tantissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

Ottima vacanza in Toscana! Siamo stati 15 giorni a Casa Milla con 3 bimbi di 3, 8 e 12 anni. Belle spiagge nelle vicinanze, relax in piscina al pomeriggio, gita a Lucca, Pisa e Bolgheri, comodità ai servizi a Cecina. Il proprietario Luciano e la sua famiglia sono molto gentili. Da consigliare!

Secondo anno che passiamo le vacanze a casa Milla e già questo la dice lunga. Da Luciano troverai cortesia e gentilezza, troverai sempre un consiglio per visita a località e un consiglio per i ristoranti. Casa Milla si trova a dieci minuti da diverse spiagge, ma va bene anche passare una intera giornata a bordo piscina soprattutto se si hanno bambini dato che non ci sono pericoli. In due parole ottimo posto

Siamo stati a casa Milla in Agosto e abbiamo trascorso una vacanza bellissima.Villetta difronte alla piscina semplice ma pulita, piscina ben tenuta, alberi da frutta e verdura a disposizione, mare raggiungiubile con macchina a pochi kilometri. Vicino a strutture e attrazioni come( Pisa,Lecco,Volterra,Firenze,etc.)e inanzitutto Luciano e la signora Maria sono presenti nella struttura e sono persone cordiali e gentili. Consigliato................

Secondo anno consecutivo che passiamo le vacanze estive a Casamilla , e questo dice già molto, se cerchi tranquillità, cortesia, disponibilità, allegria, questo è sicuramente il posto per te, i bambini possono giocare in tutta sicurezza in piscina o nel prato della struttura, gli alloggi sono puliti e confortevoli, le spiagge ed i negozi sono a non più di dieci minuti, Luciano ti consiglia quali luoghi visitare e in quali ristoranti andare per essere sicuri di non prendersi bidonate.Per finire ottimo posto, lo consiglio vivamente.

la scelta della nostra vacanza è sempre mirata NON ad alberghi che risultano essere sempre troppo freddi e tutti uguali ma siamo sempre alla ricerca di location che più si avvicinano alla tradizione e cultura del luogo che visitiamo: Casa Milla ha rispettato tutto ciò: il rustico, anche se visibilmente datato, ha reso tutto più autentico, mantenuto discretamente bene, ci ha fatto sentire subito parte del territorio. E che dire del meraviglioso campo tutto attorno? verde verde e ancora verde, tra cipressi e frutteti già rigogliosi. Un ringraziamento particolare al Sig. Luciano che, oltre alla simpatica indiscussa, è stata la nostra guida, molto accurata, per consigli sui luoghi da visitare che hanno rispecchiato le sue segnalazioni: GRAZIE. Sicuramente consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere da vicino la Maremma, questo luogo così vicino a tutto ma allo stesso tempo immerso nella natura
