Villas Club del Sol condominium Complex is located in the southeast part of El Cid Golf Course, a private neighborhood of local and expat residents, a desirable place to live.
The course has 4 monitored entrances. The administration cares for the residents and their privacy.
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, with private laundry and a nice terrace with a great view of the greens.
The pool is maintained and kept clean regularly.
Nice paths to take your morning or afternoon walks in a peaceful tropical setting.
We offer once a week cleaning upon request (included in the price of rental).
If you bring a car, you will need to get a car tag to access the golf course and use the 4 entrances/exits freely.
You will be given direction and meet our assistant at the Club house office and buy it for 350 pesos or 19 Dollars depending on the exchange rate.
