2 bedroom condo with King bed in master with master bath/shower. walk in closet. 2nd bedroom has queen bed with access to main bathroom/shower. Couch has fold out bed. 3 HD TV's. Community pool is located next to building. Lanai has new open/close sliding doors for enjoying the nice breeze off the lake. You won't find a better deal around so close to Marco Island. Prime months Jan thru March 2024 available.

My family inherited the condo from my father who passed away 5 years ago. We have enjoyed coming down to vacation here once a year in April and have rented it out for the other winter months.
Why they chose this property
This property is in a great location. very quiet and the pool is located next to our condo building. It has beautiful lake views out the lanai for relaxing and watching wildlife. It is only a 2 mile drive to Marco Island. Very easy to get to.
