Fully renovated 55 m2 attic with a large terrace (18 square metres), with table and hammocks and fantastic views of the Sagrada Familia. It has 2 double bedrooms and an exceptional location. A few metres away you will also find another jewel of modernism, the Hospital de Sant Pau, inaugurated in 1930.

It has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi connection.

The living room has a comfortable sofa with a dining area with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.

You will find the apartment with towels and bed linen.

This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within about 200 metres of the apartment.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), the key collection is on Aribau street 228. The opening hours are from 9am to 8pm.

Please note that if you arrive later than 9pm and have not completed the self check-in process, there is a late check-in fee of €30. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.
