Toll Bar Cottage has a kitchen/diner, a dining room, a sitting room with woodburning stove, a garden room, a super-king-size bedroom (zip/link on request, please advise on booking), a king-size bedroom, and a ground-floor king-size, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Appliances consist of an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with furniture, and a a private driveway and roadside parking. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair, travel cot and stairgate. You'll find a shop, a pub and River Derwent in 0.1 miles.
