Sunbird Villa offers guests deluxe self-catering accommodation, ideal for families seeking an unparalleled ocean panorama combined with breathtaking mountain views. Perched high up against the Overberg mountains, this villa has a large garden and lawn where children can play to heart’s delight.

The flow of the villa allows for relaxed, private entertainment outside and in, with sliding doors enabling free movement from the enclosed porch area to the spacious open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge.

The tranquil home can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms. The main en-suite bedroom with king-size bed has beautiful ocean views and garden access, and the bathroom features a bath and a shower. The second bedroom with double bed also has "big blue" views and garden access. It has an adjoining bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom with king-size bed/twin bed conversion is on the mountain side and has an adjoining bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped for entertainment with a fridge/freezer, a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, a blender, a kettle and toaster, two bodem coffee pots, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Cleaning materials are provided. In the lounge and enclosed porch are smart tv's with Dstv / Netflix functionality as well as a fire place in the lounge. A work desk permits a working holiday for those who need to.

Guests can enjoy the private, well-cared-for Fynbos garden and sunbirds frequenting here, as well as the outdoor seating area perfect for al fresco dining. A portable gas braai / bbq as well as Weber braai / bbq is on hand for star-spangled homegrown cooking after sunset. Secure parking is available to guests, and the property is secure with an alarm system. Four bicycles with helmets are available for guest usage.

Onrus North is a quiet and peaceful upmarket neighbourhood; its mountain-side location offering a large variety of bird life and a sense of being close to nature. Access to the other famous Hermanus beaches, a number of restaurants, art galleries and coffee shops is a short drive away.
