- This home has air conditioning in each bedroom, other than the fifth bedroom. Between may and september, we will provide fans for each room that needs it. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- This home is spread over five floors with no internal elevator.
- There are external cctv cameras outside of this home, however, there are none inside.
- This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets.
- The property next door to this one is undergoing a complete refurbishment, starting in august 2024 and continuing into 2025. Noise and activity will be noticed during working hours, which are 8am to 6pm monday to friday, and 8am to 1pm on saturdays.
- Please note this property requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, we will check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
