- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets.
- This home is spread across four floors with no internal elevator.
- The fireplaces in the sitting room and master bedroom are ornamental.
- The conservatory part of the kitchen doubles as the homeowner's pottery studio, while the pottery equipment will be there for your stay it is not for guest use.
- Due to a water pump system, some noise can be heard in the fourth bedroom when the family bathroom is used.
- This is a much loved family home and so there are some signs of wear and tear.
- Please note this property requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking.
