Welcome to a quiet summer cottage area with beautiful nature and a nice view of the lake. Here you live well in a pleasant area, perfect for those of you traveling with children or groups of 4-5 people. There is plenty of space for outdoor play in the large garden that runs around the house. If you want to play football, you can do it at the front of the house. On the back by the entrance large solar panel which is sensitive. The house offers charging for electric cars at a favorable price, which is settled on the spot with the home owner. There is a large glazed patio overlooking the lake that sparkles below. In here you can enjoy the warmth, view and good dinners. If you just want to sit outside in the fresh air, there is also a balcony in a sunny position. The interior of the house is of an older style, furniture in pine and the kitchen in the same spirit of the times. You are welcomed into the kitchen, which has an open floor plan with kitchen area and dining table for 4-5 people. Straight ahead you reach the glazed conservatory. To the left is the house's common room combined as a bedroom. Here is a sofa bed 140 cm and an adjustable bed of 90 cm. There is also a small desk, rocking chair and TV corner with a wide range of channels in German, English and Swedish. To the right of the kitchen is the house's second bedroom. Here is a pull-out bed that is 140 cm 2 x70 cm. Bathroom with wc, shower cubicle and washing machine. Good to think about the water consumption in this house when flushing. On the large lawn, a robotic lawnmower walks and takes care of Santa. Perfect if you want to stay 2 weeks or travel with small children. Be vigilant so that there are no toys or other things in front that can get in the way. The homeowner also offers a sauna which is located in a separate building walking distance, approx. 200 m. This is for a fee which is settled on the spot. The area has a child-friendly and nice swimming area with both lawn, barbecue area and sandy beach. There is also a bathing jetty, football goal and other cozy things for those who like sun and swimming. If you like excursions, there are plenty of beautiful hiking trails. A visit to Gräne Mine is highly recommended. Take a day trip to the famous department store Gekås in Ullared, only 30 km away. This house is not for companies or youth groups. The house owners live in the house that borders the plot and are helpful when needed. Warm welcome to a quiet area with a lake view!
