This newly built and super modern stylish townhouse is the perfect choice for family stays, corporate relocations or longer working contracts where that extra touch of luxury and comfort is required.
Being just a 2-minute drive from the hustle and bustle of Bishop Stortford's thriving and eclectic shopping area, as well as a 14-minute drive from Stanstead airport and an 11-minute drive to the major M11 motorway, the central location of the new luxury Stortfield fields development has it all!
This is a modern spacious, thoughtfully decorated town house. It boasts a large top of the range fitted kitchen with a fully functioning oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer. There is a kitchen table for dining.
The lounge is very comfortable and comprises a 3/4 seater sofa and armchair, a large flatscreen TV with Netflix and patio doors leading onto the lovely garden compete with outdoor dining table and 6 chairs.
On the ground floor there is also a downstairs WC.
On the second floor you will find 3 carpeted bedrooms all beautifully decorated with gorgeous feature walls and and inviting beds.
Bedroom 1 has a comfortable small double bed, hanging space for clothes a chest of drawers and a bedside table.
Bedroom 2 comprises 2 comfortable single beds, hanging space, a chest of drawers and bedside tables.
Bedroom 3 comprises 2 comfortable single beds, hanging space, a chest of drawers and bedside tables.
On the second floor you will also find a well equipped modern bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and sink.
Following the carpeted staircase to the third floor you will find a very large beautifully decorated bedroom boasting a comfortable small double bed and an equally comfortable single bed, a large wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, a desk/dressing table and stool, bedside tables and a tv with Netflix. Off of the bedroom you will find an absolutely huge bathroom with large, very modern shower, large vanity unit with sink, toilet and huge storage cupboard.
To the rear of the property there are two allocated parking spaces just in front of the garden gate.
All main parts of the property are for guests to enjoy. There are only 2 cupboards that you will find locked and out of use. These are for our use only.

The large Tesco superstore is less than a 3-minute drive from the house for those dinners at home, while at the same time, the extensive choice of restaurants in the town centre sits just a 5-minute drive away as well giving you the best of both worlds.
In the evenings, Newland Avenue is a very quiet and very safe community consisting of mostly younger professional families commuting into London via the direct mainline as well as slightly older retirees.
Whether working locally at the airport or taking some time to enjoy the Essex countryside, you cannot go wrong with this perfectly central and luxurious central location.
The property has parking for 2 vehicles to the rear of the property as well as a major bus stop that sits directly outside the front door offering transport into the city centre as well as Stanstead airport.
Please ensure that the front door is always locked when departing the property via the backdoor. The bolt to lock the door is silver and sits under the security chain on the inside of the door. From the outside the door can be locked from the outside with the front door key.
We request that all windows and the backdoor are closed and locked when the property is empty to maintain security.
