The modern, generously sized kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly blends with the lounge area, creating the perfect setting for meal preparation and socializing.

On the ground floor, you'll find a comfortable double bedroom, a separate WC, and a bathroom featuring a shower over a bathtub and a double basin.

A staircase leads to the first floor, where four additional bedrooms await:
- Bedroom #1: A room with a fixed double bed. This bedroom does not have a window.
- Bedroom #2: Another room with a fixed double bed
- Bedroom #3: Two single beds that can be joined to form a double
- Bedroom #4: Two single beds that can be joined to form a double
This floor also boasts a bathroom with a shower and double basin, as well as a separate WC.
