15th century barn fully renovated in a stylish modern style, while preserving its unique typical Tuscan flair. The house features amazing views and lots of natural light, and is beautifully furnished. A gorgeous heated swimming pool sits in the middle of the olive grove, offering an oasis of freshness in a peaceful and scenic landscape. Just 10-15 minutes away from downtown Siena. Our property manager is from the area and will be able to organise all sort of activities based on your interests, give you useful tips about things to do/where to go, including tips about hidden pearls in the area that will make your stay memorable.

We are a Swiss family and have lived in Siena for several years before finding this gorgeous place, which we have acquired in 2020 and have fully renovated as our dream house. This is our little paradise where we plan to come back once retired.
Why they chose this property
the views are stunning and the house as a unique character with a central stone column holding the wood beams of the high ceiling, it is just sublime. It is a peaceful place though just 15 min. away from Siena. Perfect for a relaxing stay with friends and family.
What makes this property unique
We have preserved the character of the Tuscan style but have upgraded the house with luxury furnitures, appliances, and technology. The house is equipped with photovoltaic panels and a heat pump for low electric consumption from the grid. Electric cars can be recharged at the house.
