The barn is located at No (65400) in the Val d'Azun, 5 km south of Argelès-Gazost (30 km from Lourdes).
On a flat fenced plot of 1500 m2 can accommodate up to 6 people (and a baby). It will delight lovers of mountains and nature.
On the typical architecture of old mountain barns, with stone walls, the ground floor consists of a large dining room, an open kitchen, a bathroom and a laundry. Upstairs, three bedrooms provide sleeping 8 people. A room with a double bed and a cot. A second bedroom has two bunk beds. A third bedroom has a double bed. The barn has been completely renovated and is fully equipped with (almost) all the facilities (new kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, heating, fireplace).
The barn is set back slightly from the small village of No on the edge of a small wood with lovely views of the surrounding mountains.
A small supermarket about 4 km can find the necessary and Argelès-Gazost 7 km has all the shops.
Garden furniture and swing are present.
In the vicinity of many opportunities to satisfy every taste:
In winter, cross country skiing, walks snowshoeing and tobogganing are possible in the nearby resorts of Couraduque and Soulor, downhill skiing is practiced in stations available between 30 minutes and an hour's drive (Hautacam, Cauteret, Luz -Ardiden, Barèges / La Mongie ...).
In summer innumerable walks of all levels available to you (Lac d'Estaing, Balaïtous Dam Tech, Pyrenees National Park ...). The Val d'Azun is also famous for its legendary passes out of the Tour de France category (Soulor, Aubisque). The Tourmalet is within reach of the most experienced cyclists. Numerous hiking trails have recently been improved to allow to roam the valley and mountain biking.
The neck is a place of Couraduque off for paragliders and many sailing schools offer an introduction to the sport that offers breathtaking mountain views.
A swimming pool is located approximately 4 km in the village of Arrens-Marsous where also the Maison du Val d'Azun with all the tourist information about the Val d'Azun and the countryside.
Many regional products can be enjoyed from local producers (honey, cheeses, jams ...) or at the weekly markets that seized the village squares around.
