Zen & Spacious 1 bed flat by the high street and steps away from Epping forest

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space 30min from Liverpool Street.

It’s very quiet and perfect for a single person or a couple.

It’s important to mention that the flat is in a 3rd floor with no elevator.

It’s very bright and quiet. 1 California King bed that fits 2 or 3 people. There is very comfortable inflatable mattress available for more people to stay in the very spacious living room.

The bathroom includes a bathtub and a water filter. There is a reverse osmosis water filter in the kitchen, an air fryer, kettle, fridge/freezer and a washing machine.

There are yoga mats and light weights available and many books.

There is no sofa or dining table in the living room as I love having plenty of space in the living room to do yoga or exercise. There is a desk and a chair and plenty of cushions on the floor and a large bean bag.


The following deposit for bookings is required:

£200 for stays under a week long
£800 for stays up to 2 weeks
£1500 for stays for a month
£2600 for stays over a month

The deposit will be requested via bank transfer and sent via bank transfer if nothing is missing or broken.
