Second bedroom with kingsize bed and 2 single chair beds. 
The lounge has a kingsize sofa bed.
Ground Floor
Living/dining room - Retro glass dining table to seat 8 and large doors leading onto the designer decked garden. Large king size leather sofa bed, LG 55” LED 4K HD smart TV, with Netflix and Amazon Prime videos, Sky HD, Films, Sport and BT sport.

Kitchen - Gorgeous modern kitchen with everything you need for your weekend or holiday stay;

Decked terrace - Fabulous landscaped garden with decked areas and a covered section, lit with recessed spotlights at night. There is dining for 8 under a bamboo gazebo, together with loungers, benches and even a Balinese day bed complete with exotic cushions and throws.
First Floor
Master Bedroom - Sleeps 3, with a super king sized bed and a single chair bed. En suite shower room with low profile step in power shower, wash basin and WC.  There is also a LG 55” LED 4K HD smart TV, with Netflix and Amazon Prime videos, Sky HD, Films, Sport and BT sport in this room.
Second Bedroom - Sleeps 3, with a king size bed and a single chair bed.There is also a smart TV, with Netflix and Amazon Prime videos, Sky HD, Films, Sport and BT sport in this room too! 
Bathroom - With whirlpool spa bath and shower, wash basin, WC and underfloor heating, plus mood lighting and 15" waterproof LCD TV.

For groups over 4, there are additional single sofa bed supplements of £50 per person. 
All bed linen and towels are provided.
