This tastefully furnished, bright apartment has capacity for 6 people. It consists of a living room with a super nice sofa bed, armchair, TV and dining table. Fully fitted open plan kitchen with all appliances and utensils, including refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, both rooms have fitted wardrobes. Two modern bathrooms, one with bath and shower and the other with a shower cubicle.

The beautiful terrace is reached from both the living room and master bedroom and boasts lovely views over Higueron towards the sea.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning throughout the house, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, safe, 1 fan, hair dryer and satellite TV with international channels (Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French, Russian, Swedish, Norwegian). We provide all bed linen and towels.

The community is gated and has a very nice swimming pool, garage in the same building and a lift.


The house is situated in a well connected neighborhood in a residential complex. There is a small commercial center just outside the door with supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent, laundry service, hair dresser, dentist and several good restaurants. There is a local bus passing by frequently. The charming white washed village Benalmadena Pueblo is only a 15-20 minutes walk away and at the beach in Carvajal (2 km) you find many good restaurants with typical Andalusian dishes such as fresh fish and sea food. The airport is only 10 minutes away with car.
