Upon entering the property you are welcomed into the warm and sumptuous open plan kitchen/dining kitchen area, bursting with style. The sitting room offers a space to retreat to at the end of the day, in the summertime open up the beautiful French doors leading out onto the patio area, whilst in the winter you can enjoy the warmth from the gorgeous wood-burning stove. Rookery Cottage offers three spacious bedrooms to chose from, whether it is the master bedroom with stylish en-suite shower room, the second king bedroom with garden views or the fantastic Childs bunk room, there is something for everyone. In addition there is a spacious garden for guests to enjoy, with options to enjoy those meals alfresco and morning cups of coffee.

Sorry no pets or smoking. Shop 0.8 miles, pub 0.8 miles. Note: There is a gardener who attends the property on a Friday. Note: There is a step up into bedroom 1 and the family bathroom. Town: Saxmundham is a small market town located on the River Fromus, in the heart of Suffolk’s Heritage Coast. The town is well serviced with a Waitrose, Tesco, independent shops, local museum, and a train station, as well as art galleries, a weekly market and a farmers’ market. Situated so close to the coast, Saxmundham is a great base for a seaside holiday; within easy reach of Aldeburgh and Thorpeness, as well as Dunwich, Southwold and Walberswick, you could enjoy a different coastal location each day. Also close by is the inland market town Framlingham with beautiful historic architecture, a castle and an array of independent shops. South of the town there is the well known tourist destination of Sutton Hoo, an ancient Royal Anglo-Saxon burial site.
