Rural property with recently-renovated historic “trullo” and private pool. The place is ideal for a vacation of privacy and relaxation in the heart of the Itria Valley.

Located in the countryside between Alberobello and Putignano, surrounded by olive groves, this villa offers all the necessary comforts to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.
Completely renovated, the ground floor villa has a modern living area, with a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, oven and microwave, and a small sitting room with sofa and flat-screen TV. The sleeping area has two bedrooms with a queen-size bed and a room with two single beds. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout.
The highlight of the property are the outdoor spaces: a covered area with large table for outdoor dining, barbecue area, and a large private pool with umbrella and sunbeds.

Free wifi, washing machine and air conditioning in some bedrooms are available to guests.

Guests will benefit from four outdoor parking slots inside the property.

The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.

Putignano is an ancient village located on the Murgia hills, in the province of Bari. From a naturalistic point of view, this area stands out for its karst nature and the beauty of its landscape, rich in sinkholes, wells and visitable caves. Famous is the Putignano cave, also known as the Trullo Cave, the first karst cave used for tourism purposes in all of Apulia. Putignano is known for its Carnival tradition that dates back to the Magna Graecia era, the oldest in Europe. Its historic center has numerous monuments and churches. Noteworthy is the Putignano Piazza Plebiscito, where you can visit three buildings representing the three powers: the Church of St. Peter the Apostle, Palazzo del Balì, and the former seat of the town hall, called Il Sedile. The famous Trulli of Alberobello, the Castellana Caves and Locorotondo are a few kilometers away. A 60-minute drive takes you to the coast of Taranto and Matera, the city of stone. Putignano is the perfect place for a vacation of sea, nature, history, culture, and food and wine.

Bari (55 minutes) and Brindisi (65 minutes) are the closest airports to reach Putignano.
