The main home welcomes you with an open floor plan with the family room, dining and kitchen areas. The fully stocked kitchen and dining seating will make family meal times a joy! The first floor also includes a Queen bedroom with a full bath. The second floor features a large master bedroom with a sitting area and full bath as well as a lovely large balcony for your enjoyment. The second upstairs bedroom is exceptionally large and has two sets of bunk beds with its own full private bath.

The spacious deck around the private pool features lots of seating areas so the whole family can enjoy pool time. There are gates separating both the main house to the pool and the cabana to the pool so that area is secure.

Wonderful!!!!

This property was absolutely perfect. We loved the pool, the proximity to the beach, and all of the accommodations. We arrived early and it would have been nice to get an early check in, but they are very clear they are rarely able to do this We are already looking to book this property again! Thank you for helping us create memories with our family.

Dirty Destin

This home was nice, but not clean! The surface of the bath tub was very dirty. On of the upstairs baths drained VERY slow so you were standing in dirty water up to your ankles while you showered. Multiple pieces of bedding and pillowcases had brown stains on them, and one comforter even had a large burn hole in it. Caked on dust in all the air vents. The location of the home was very nice and close to the beach but everyone in the Shirah St. homes has to share a VERY small sliver of the beach, making it almost impossible to find a beach spot for the day if you have a larger group of people. Everyone was set up on top of each other on the beach. Over all I was most upset with the cleanliness of the home. If those problems are addressed then the house would have been perfect.

Location was perfect

Overall it was a great awesome experience just the check in was a little frustrating due to the code not working at first and also we got there early about an hour but asked if we could enter the home at least thirty minutes prior but was told no. Which other places we have never experienced this.

Family trip

Fantastic house in a fantastic location! However, be prepared to bring along all your essentials as the house does not provide some basic items like dishwasher soap or a salt shaker. You'll find only one roll of toilet paper per restroom, so plan accordingly.

Good location, but needs TLC

The location was wonderful! The description of the house was exactly what we expected. However, the check in process was very inconvenient. We needed to go through multiple people to figure it out. The doors were very hard to lock and they need updating because they don’t close properly. Upon entry, the floors were very sandy and dirty. There were no cleaning supplies available and the house was not well stocked with basic supplies. The pool was a great addition, but also needs to be cleaned.

Family Reunion

We had a wonderful stay. The house was charming and there was ample space for us to all hang out and have fun. There were only 2 issues: The fold out beds weren’t comfortable, but we brought a few air mattresses, so it wasn’t a problem. If you have 16 people staying there, I would suggest you take some air mattresses as back up. The beach access area for the neighborhood is TINY! If you want a good spot you will have to set up your area at 6:00 AM, but you need to make sure you aren’t setting up on hotel property which is tricky because the hotel doesn’t rope it off until 8ish. But other than that, we had a wonderful time, enjoyed the home, and created some very cherished memories !

Perfection

My family stayed here (6 adults and 2 children who are nearly adults). We had the best time! The house was perfect for our needs! It’s a rental, so you have to know that you might encounter a toilet that doesn’t flush just right or some leaves in the pool but things like that are never a complaint for us because we have rented many houses/condos over the years! The house was clean, spacious, beautiful, and I will 100% stay here again if I need a place of this size next time! Everything you need is super close and the beach is a block away!! If you’re questioning it, don’t….just do it!!!

Amazing getaway

Everything is as described in the description, management company and owners went abi e and beyond when the washer broke during our stay. The location of the property is fantastic, kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels upon arrival. Pool was exceptionally clean. Cabana was the perfect spot for an extra family. There were 13 of us and we had plenty of room and never felt crowded. Again, management and owner went above and beyond with the two small issues that arose. Highly recommend this property and we will be booking again for our yearly stay.

Great location!

We loved our stay at Restin in Destin! The location was absolutely amazing!! It's less than a block from the beach and tons of food options. We did not have to drive our cars at all. We had a golf cart and had an issue with it charging one day. Maintenance was out and replaced the charging outlet same day. We hope to come back and stay next year!

Eventually the stay was great!! But the start was very disappointing. The house was still very nasty! The pool was very nasty (food and debris still floating…water visually very nasty). All garbage cans were filled to the top as we entered! Dog poop in driveway. My boys stepped in it. Cigarette butts everywhere around the yard. Grill was nasty! Your staff was responsive and eventually corrected the problems…..but for the money spent I should not have had to make all those calls!

Family Vacay

We enjoyed our stay. Can’t beat the location.It’s just a short walk to the beach. Everything shown in the pictures were accurate. The golf cart is not included with the rental. There’s a few stores within walking distance and the grocery is just a short drive away. The management group was easy to communicate with at any hour. We had a few minor things we reported but nothing that impacted our stay. Would definitely book the property again.

Nice rental

We were lucky to get this on short notice when the original place had booked got cancelled on us. This worked out great for us with the cabana, we could have some of the family have their own space. It has a great set up with bathrooms in both upstairs bedrooms. Pool was great for the little kids & saved us from having to bring everything to the beach. The beac was a short distance away. The only downfall is there was a small beach area because there was privates beaches on either side where you enter the beach. It didn’t impact our stay because the pool was a great alternatives

Destin Trip

When we arrived we were so pleased to see the house was just like the listing. Great location, within short distance of many tourist areas. The beach was beautiful with white sand that felt like powder under my feet.We all loved our stay! Thanks so much!!

Needs a little TLC

The property itself has great bones, but it needs some major work. The cleaning staff basically sprayed a bunch of chemicals but it was not a thorough cleaning since we had to re-clean everything. No outlets in bathrooms work. Living room furniture is very tired! It’s time to replace. The kitchen table was missing a chair (the 6th chair is broken in the downstairs bedroom closet) Pro: Locationis amazing! Upstairs bedrooms and cabana house are great!

Annual family trip

We had a great time. Cons: House and cabana were not as clean as one should expect. I’m sure they have a short period of time to clean them in between guests. The BBQ pit and pool were not clean upon arrival and the cabana had a strong odor of marijuana. Pros: Close to beach and plenty of room for a large group.

We enjoyed our stay in Destin. The house was just as described and made our vacation easy and relaxing. The house was clean and had everything we needed.. The location was perfect for walking to the beautiful, white sandy beach. We will definitely be back
