Woodland Lodge in Frithville, Lincolnshire, sleeps two in one bedroom, or four utilising the double sofa bed in the lounge.
Woodland Lodge has one double bedroom, along with a ground-floor bathroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a woodburning stove and sofa bed. Appliances include an oven and hob, microwave, fridge. For entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside there is ample off-road parking and a garden situated within woodland, with a lawn, raised decking, wood-fired hot tub, furniture, barbecue, and table tennis table. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome, more may be accepted upon prior arrangement with the owner. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. The nearest shop is 3.8 miles and the nearest pub is 2.2 miles away. Note: The sofa bed can sleep an additional two guests. Woodland Lodge is a romantic retreat in a peaceful area, perfect for a getaway to Lincolnshire. If it’s a clear day it is worth climbing to the top of the church to enjoy spectacular views out to the wash and Lincoln cathedral. If you are interested in history make sure you visit the Boston Guildhall Museum which dates back to the 1390s. There is plenty to do for all ages in beautiful and historic Boston and it offers excellent access to both Lincoln and Norfolk.
