Gate House has a kitchen/diner, a sitting room, snug and reading rooms, all with woodburning stoves, three king-size bedrooms with en-suites, a twin with en-suite, and a cloakroom. Appliances consist of a Range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, six Smart TVs with FreeSat, two DVD players, a PlayStation, and a selection of books. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, enclosed rear patio with furniture, secure storage, and hot tub, access to 1-acre, enclosed field, by prior request, and a private driveway for four cars. Three well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a highchair and travel cot. Enjoy the best of Cumbria from Gate House.
