There is ongoing construction cladding work at the property site. Scaffolding surrounds all sides of the building and dedicated footpath are made by contractors for Health and Safety. The balcony and windows at this apartment are fully covered by scaffolding and sheeting material, which means that the view is fully obstructed. However, daylight passes through so the apartment will not be dark. The balcony is still accessible for use, but will be visited periodically by builders from scaffolding on the outside to use as passage way. There will be active construction works throughout the day on weekdays, but it's periodic drilling only with no loud disruptive noises. Balcony door is locked for safety reasons. The accommodation facilities such as bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom are not affected in any way by the construction. Ventilation is still efficient, and heating is not affected.
