Whether you’re travelling for a couples escape or a solo adventure, Parade Dwelling has everything you could need for a self-catering stay on the coast.
The Space:
Parade Dwelling has a bright and spacious living room. With a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV, it’s the perfect place to relax on an evening. Statement chairs sit in the bay window so you can really make the most of the stunning sea views on offer in the apartment.
Fully equipped, the kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals easily. Sharing the space is the dining area which includes a round wooden table and four matching chairs.
Head to the bedroom and you’ll find a spacious room with modern styling. There is a king size bed with premium bedding to ensure you have a blissful night's sleep. A bathtub, from which you can enjoy more sea views, can also be found in the bedroom
The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.
Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis. No permit is required.
Parade Dwelling is located on the first floor of the building, with two levels of stairs to climb. There is no lift in the building.

Parade Dwelling is located in the charming Victorian Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea on the North Yorkshire coast.
Located in the heart of the town, the property is only a short walk from the beach and lower promenade. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance.
Parade Dwelling is close to all local amenities including independent shops, bars, restaurants and bistros.
Saltburn has plenty of beautiful walks too. The Valley Gardens are a maze of paths and tracks which wind through the flowers and woodland. If you want to explore further, The Cleveland Way National Trail is over 100 miles long and the lovely Saltburn is featured. If you fancy a 17.5 mile jaunt, start at Saltburn and walk your way to Sandsend. This walk is a great way to explore the North Yorkshire coastline and the views are beautiful!
