Many rent this type property for $500+ per night in this area (and up to $800+/night for 3 bedrooms). The private pool is to die for! We rent by the week, at $2,500 per week. Just recouping our mortgage costs til we or our family can use it! Restaurant and bars onsite. Beach and pool food/drink service.
4 adults and 2 kids (on couches) under age of 12 only (or management will ask to leave!)
They're very strict also about quiet hours after 10 and no parties/groups of guests.

We must rent our villa. We have a pet now, so use a different property. Our loss, your gain ! We like February in the Bay of Banderas, as it's in the 80's when we get there. We can help you by phone with questions during your stay (i.e., shopping, restaurants, taxis, car rentals, etc.). We always set our phones on international. This way you can call anyone!
