Located on the last foothills of the Catalan Coast close to Spain CERBERE, village of character enjoys exceptional sunshine and offers a magnificent panorama of the Mediterranean.
Our fully equipped luxury studio located in a quiet area will offer you a bright and comfortable place close to shops and the sea. A bed in 140 occupies the sleeping area. In a privileged setting, the garden and the covered and furnished terrace will delight you with a magnificent view of the sea, particularly appreciated during your moments of relaxation and also your meals.
Beaches, coves, marina, marine natural park, scuba diving site, hiking trails, vineyards and the rich cultural heritage are all themes for your leisure.
We offer a possibility of extension for a second couple. Pets are not desired. The rate depending on the period is 300 to 480 € per week Out of season,
 rental is possible on weekends or overnight stays.
The owner reserves the right to modify the prices.

Nouvel an occitan au soleil

Location à conseiller les yeux fermés. Michel et son épouse sont très serviables et sympathiques. L’appartement, le Jardin et la terrasse sont juste parfaits.Le tout dans un environnement magique et dans une région a couper le souffle. Bref de superbes vacances a tout petit prix

Nous avons apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes. Très attentionnés et à notre écoute en cas de besoin. La région est magnifique, la proximité avec l’Espagne très sympa. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre très accueillant, appartement charmant et fonctionnel, bénéficiant d’une très belle terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Que du bonheur !

Tout est parfait. L'accueil du propriétaire, la situation de l'appartement, le parking tout proche... Le logement est très propre et parfaitement agencé. On apprécie le lever du soleil au dessus de la mer quand on boit son café sur la terrasse. Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans le studio de Michel au cours de nos vacances et nous sommes parfaitement satisfaits de cette expérience ! La location est bien placée, à 5min à pieds du centre de Cerbère et avec une jolie vue sur la mer et la montagne. Le logement est très propre, bien équipé et Michel est un hôte très agréable: disponible, réactif et chaleureux. Nous recommandons à 100% !
