11a Manning Road offers a tranquil retreat for couples or families to enjoy together, located just moments from Felixstowe's seafront.
Set across three floors, with a spacious kitchen and sitting/dining room on the ground floor. On the first floor is the double bedroom with balcony and family shower room. On the second floor is the twin bedroom with WC.
Outside boasts not only a beautiful balcony with glimpses of the sea but also a small front courtyard with bench.
Ground Floor
Entering into the spacious sitting/dining room and kitchen. Please note there is a step up to the front door.
Kitchen
Offering everything needed to cook up those culinary delights. Mod-cons include an electric oven with four ring hob and extractor fan above, slim dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.
Sitting/Dining Room
A perfect spot to retreat too after a busy day, with a two-seater sofa and arm chair positioned to make the most of the feature fire place and TV with Roku.
There is a dining table with two bench seats positioned in the bay window.
First Floor
Carpeted stairs with hand rail lead up to the first floor landing.
Bedroom 1
A bright and tranquil space, featuring a metal framed double bed with bedside table and lamps. There is a freestanding hanging rail with drawer beneath for your belongings.
A beautiful balcony is positioned off of the double bedroom, offering an ideal spot for that morning coffee or evening G&T, enjoying the sound and glimpses of the sea.
