A mixed bag
Overall the villa itself is fab, we visited for a friend’s hen party and it was a great size and housed us well for the weekend. Can’t fault the pool or tennis courts or the overall house itself.
What let the whole thing down was that the electric went out in the villa not once, but twice. We were left a whole day without electricity and kept being told there was nothing that could be done and to keep checking back in 4 hours. 12 hours later, someone eventually came out to fix it. A diabetic in our group had to use charging facilities at a local restaurant just so she could manage her blood sugars. The same happened again the next day - we were asked to try and fix it ourselves in the garage. Overall the customer service was extremely disappointing, we had to fight to get the electric on again and were not offered anything to say sorry. Furthermore when the cleaning team arrived, they told us to leave the rubbish outside the house which we were then charged €50. Such a shame - none of our group would return on the basis of being let down so many times.
