The studio is located in Central north London in a residential area with lots of restaurants and well connected to Central London either via bus or Overground services.

This compact studio is a well-equipped kitchen area complete with a microwave, washing machine, fridge, and kettle, ensuring all your needs are met during your stay. Adjacent is a cozy dining area with a table for two, perfect for enjoying meals or working comfortably from your remote haven.

You'll find a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe in the room, providing ample space for your belongings. The bathroom, while compact, is thoughtfully designed to offer everything you need for a comfortable experience.

As an added bonus, the studio overlooks a serene back garden, ensuring a peaceful and tranquil stay.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.

Other things to note
Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
This property is not baby-friendly and does not have a travel cot or high chair.
- This property does have outdoor space, however it is not landscape and is really only suitable for dogs.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
